I keep coming back here because it's the best. The staff returned my forgotten earpods on my first stay. It has everything I need like Wi-Fi, electric kettle, air conditioning, and more. I'm even coming back for Easter!

We got excellent value for our money at this villa in Roussospition. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was great for exploring Crete, and the staff, particularly George and his wife, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the options offered.

Our stay at this incredible villa was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided a baby bed and high chair for our little ones, and the villa itself was immaculately clean and had four sun-drenched terraces and a large private pool. Every room had air conditioning, which was a huge plus. The location, nestled in the peaceful countryside with the sounds of farm animals nearby, gave us a true sense of relaxation. Parking was convenient, and although the roads were a bit winding, it added to the fun of our adventure. The villa had three bedrooms and an extra bed in the sitting room, perfect for our family of seven. Towels were changed twice during our week-long stay, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washing machine was a bonus. The owner was always easy to reach and meet if needed. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast and dinner experience at the on-site café. The chef, who is undoubtedly the best we've ever encountered, introduced us to a wide range of mouth-watering Greek dishes throughout the week. Even if you don't stay at this villa, I highly recommend visiting to savor the delectable food. Simply put, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It's definitely one of the best villas we've stayed at in Greece, and the price was very reasonable. The stunning beauty, impeccable cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities like the pool, BBQ area, and outdoor dining space made our stay truly unforgettable. George, the owner, was a fantastic host, respecting our privacy while being quick to respond to any queries. I can't wait to return!

The Perfect Retreat: Surrounded by well-tended gardens, our private villa offered a secluded oasis that felt like a world of its own. With a fully equipped kitchen and a private pool, it was a paradise of relaxation. The earthy tones and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room provided a warm and inviting atmosphere.
BBQ Location: The stone BBQ at the villa was a beautiful feature, but it was a bit secluded behind the house, making it less accessible for outdoor dining.

Welcome Basket: Upon arrival, I was greeted with a delightful welcome basket filled with local wine, "raki," and fresh fruits and vegetables from the property's garden. It felt like receiving a warm hug from the Cretan countryside.
Noisy Plumbing: After using the shower or toilet, there was a high-pitched noise coming from the water pipe, which resonated throughout the villa. Although it only lasted for a minute, it was a minor inconvenience during moments of privacy.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar and was impressed that free laptops were provided upon request. It made it convenient for me to work during my stay without having to bring my own equipment.
The only service I missed for my work was a printer in the hotel. It would have been helpful to have access to printing facilities for any documents I needed to print out for the seminar.
